Assembly Instructions:
- Hinge: Align the lid with the base. Slide a piece of 1.75mm filament through the hinge holes. Secure the ends by slightly melting them with a soldering iron or using a drop of superglue.
- Magnets: Press-fit (or glue if tolerances vary) four 6x2mm neodymium magnets into the designated circular slots on the front of the box and lid. Ensure polarities are aligned!
- Insert: Place the organizer tray on top of the spools.
There is also a print profile with a simple press-fit insert that secures your thread spools and prevents them from tangling while moving the case.
Designed only for plastic spools with a height of 50mm (max. outer diameter 25mm, min. inner diameter 8mm).
Technical Note: Due to the geometry of the vertical pins, minor stringing may occur during the printing process.
