Stern Pop Bumper Machining Jig

This is a jig designed to go around a Modern Stern / Data East Thumper Bumper Bracket and securely clamp onto the stern bracket - to then machine the outside diameter of the ring that fits into playfield so it can be adapted to older Classic Stern Games. 

Note: you will need access to a 3 jaw chuck lathe to use this jig.

Print in the recommended 3mf settings - 40-50% in fill and 3 walls. You will need 2 x M4 bolts either 30mm long or 50mm long and 2 x M4 nuts. The fit around the thumper bumper brackets as in photos and install the bolts and secure up. You will notice the 3 lines engraved into the jig - these are the centre lines for the jaws on a 3 jaw chuck on a lathe.

If using please  ensure things are square, secure and take extreme care and perform at your own risk and do not carry out if the jig does not fit in your particular lathe.
