Gridfinity with Magnets for IKEA Alex Drawers

During my organization escapades, I've turned to making my pair of IKEA Alex drawers more functional than my current “chuck it in the drawer and forget about it” strategy. I decided to go with some form of Gridfinity, and have tried a few solutions, but none of them really struck a chord with me. So I decided to make my own!

I took some measurements of my drawers, and turned to gridfinitygenerator.com to make some grids and bins. I made a 3x4 and 4x4 grid with magnets and screw holes. I printed 3 of each, giving a total of 84U of grid to use. It's not the lightest solution for this problem, but it absolutely gets the job done.

One small inconvenience is whether you use magnets or screws, you'll need 336 of whatever you go with PER DRAWER, and that's before you even get bins involved. I bought a pack of 1,000 6x2mm magnets on Amazon for about $23, so your mileage may vary.
