I swapped the light blue layers to single layer of light blue and luminescent light blue for the rest, and similar for the green, to get a nice effect while maintaining the color.
0-8 Black (change to White on layer 8)
8-15 White (change to Light Blue on 15)
15-20 Light Blue (change to Light Green on 20)
20-24 Light Green (change to Yellow on 24)
24-26 Yellow (change to Red on 26)
26-31 Red (change to Dark Grey on 31)
31-33 Dark Grey (change to Light Grey on 33)
