KPOP Demon Hunters Rumi sword pen

This is a unique pen shaped like the sword of the main heroine Rumi from the popular film K-POP Demon Hunters, featuring a functional twist mechanism for extending and retracting the refill.

The sword pen also comes with a pendant shaped like the emblem of the Huntrix band.

This model uses the Parker refill ISO G2, which is available worldwide.

It is one of the oldest and most widely used refills for ballpoint pens.

The spring can be taken from any pen that uses this refill.

The Rumi sword pen can be assembled according to the exploded view shown in this model’s gallery.

Glue the Guard_pen_1 and Guard_pen_2 parts together, aligning them using D3 pins.

Using tweezers and a drop of adhesive, attach all the zircons to the Pommel_pen part.

Parts Guard_pen_2, Grip_pen_1 through Grip_pen_4, and Pommel_pen are connected using an M3 threaded rod with a length of 73 mm.

First, use a short M3 screw to cut the thread into the Guard_pen_2 part. Then apply adhesive to one end of the threaded rod and insert it into this part. Allow it to cure. I recommend using a thin cyanoacrylate (super glue) adhesive.

After the adhesive has cured, insert an M3 nut into the Grip_pen_4 part and screw all the parts together.

Finally, screw the Pommel_pen with the attached zircons onto the threaded rod.

To assemble the Rumi sword pen, first insert the spring into the Blade_pen part, followed by the refill and the Click part.

Then snap the Blade_pen part onto the sword handle assembly. It is necessary to apply greater force here.

The pendant for the Rumi sword pen has four M8 nuts embedded in its base. This is to increase weight and provide greater stability for the pen.

The print profile includes a pause to insert all four nuts. It also contains another pause for changing the filament from purple PLA to white PLA in order to print the letter H (Huntrix).

In the print profile, a global layer height of 0.08 mm is set to achieve high detail on these small parts, even when using a 0.4 mm nozzle. For the Blade_pen part, you can adjust the layer height to 0.12 mm and still achieve a very nice print result.

The pendant can also be printed with a standard layer height of 0.2 mm to speed up the printing process.
