This is a simple Keystone Slot - Rack Snap Mount made for the Rack Snap-in system created by Ilan Kushnir.
Also, thanks to Paul Lützner for is great Keystone dimensions that he made available for us to use.
(The little handle can be downloaded from the original model of Ilan Kushnir)
