Brasil Futebol Spinning Key Chain

This updated model prints faster with better definition and no brim lines!

 

I suggest using a flat/smooth printing plate so the bottom of the balls are as flat as possible.  

 

If you print with a textured plate you may want to sand the bottoms smooth for a better fit.

Assembly Instructions:

1. These print in halves with a small connector to join the 2 pieces together.

    

2. Print each half, the keychain ring and the connector.  Remove the small supports under each ball half.

    

3. Insert the connector in one of the halves, then align the pieces together so they match.  

    

4. If assembled incorrectly  you can pull the 2 pieces apart or use a flat head screwdriver to gently pry them part.

    

5. Once the ball is assembled, firmly squeeze the sides of the ring and slide the pointy ends of the ball into the holes on the top and bottom.
