Description

Bring back the 90s vibes to your bike! Remember those colorful sliding beads on your spokes? My kids asked me something to tune up there bikes so I’ve taken that nostalgia of the beads and turned it into a simple Clip-On Alphabet.

Personalize your ride with your name, a cool word, or even your Instagram handle!

These letters are designed to be printed quickly and easily. They feature a "snap-fit" mechanism, meaning you can click them onto any standard bicycle spoke (approx. 2.0mm)

Features:

  • Full A-Z Set: Every letter included
  • Tool-free Installation: Just snap them on and go.
  • Custom Look: Great for kids' bikes
  • Identification: Makes it easy for your kid to find there bike

Print Settings & Tips (Important!):

To ensure the letters (especially the thinner ones like 'N' or 'I') fit snugly and don't slide down, please follow these recommendations:

  • Material: PETG (PLA works fine but might soften in extreme direct sunlight.)
  • Wall Generator: Use Arachne (Crucial for filling thin parts of the letters).
  • Wall Loops: 3 or 4 (to make the clip mechanism strong).
  • Infill: 100% (they are small, so it takes almost no extra time).
  • Precision: If the letters are too loose on your specific spokes, set "X-Y Hole Compensation" to 0.1mm or 0.15mm in your slicer.
  • Filter out tiny gaps: Set this to 0 to ensure no hollow spots in the thin legs.

How to use:

  1. Print your name or chosen words.
  2. Align the slot on the back of the letter with the bike spoke.
  3. Push firmly until it "clicks" into place.
  4. Go for a ride and show off your custom wheels!

I'd love to see your builds! Please share a photo of your customized bike in the comments.
