🧩 A Complete Kit In One - Fully Print-in-Place
No assembly required. Every piece prints ready to use. You can either print the fully assembled kit in two plates as set out in the print profile, or you can select any of the objects and print them one by one as needed.
Main Box
- Integrated storage with precise-fit compartments
- Smooth print-in-place cone hinges
- Over-center latch system seals the lid tightly
- Optional TPU gasket for an airtight/smellproof closure
Grinder
- 3-part system:
- Pyramid toothed grinding section with holes into -
- Deep (~20mm) storage chamber

Storage Jar
- Smooth threaded lid

Rolling Tray
- Clips securely into the lid
- V-groove for easy rolling
- Open edge for smooth paper lift
Pokey
- Simple, perfect-fitting pokey tool
- Sized to store neatly within the system
- Fits perfectly in the grinder holes for easy cleaning
User-Supplied Consumables
Slots designed to fit:
- King-size papers ("conoisseur" pack or normal pack plus roach books)
- Clipper-style lighter (clips securely into the lid)
🧵 Filaments
Tested with:
- Box / Tray / Jar / Grinder / Pokey: Sunlu PLA+ 2.0
- Seal: Sunlu TPU 95A
Notes:
- TPU required for the seal (seal is optional)
- PETG recommended for maximum longevity (PLA tested ~100+ cycles successfully)
⚙️ Print Reliability
- Print profile contains carefully engineered support and printing settings - it's usually best not to change these
- Latch prints in-place with support, but can be printed separately if needed and squeezed into the box mount
- Latch includes reinforced walls + infill for durability. Orientation is optimised for:
- strength along stress directions
- minimal visible support scarring
- Seal:
- Split design improves compression and sealing and requires the Arachne wall engine (already set in print profile)
🎨 Customisation
- Individual components are all separate objects can be printed in different colours in Bambu Studio
- Text and symbols can also be added easily using the tools in Bambu Studio

- Improved geometry in the box itself for aesthetics and usability
- Refined print profiles to reduce warping and improve support performance
