Parametric 3030 Aluminum Extrusion Flat Print

This is a parametric generator for 3030 style aluminum extrusion that prints flat horizontally on the build plate in two pieces then slides together with a satisfying fit to form the full extrusion profile.

This can generate essentially any length or number of channels that you have the capacity to print.

For example, it's capable of generating 3030, 3060, 3090, 30120, 30150, 30180 extrusion profiles and more!

Available in both hollow internal structure like real aluminum profile extrusion, or solid internal structure that takes advantage of the geometries capable with 3D printing for extra rigidity in the final product.
