Toyota GR Center Caps – 62 mm Compatible

I designed these custom GR (Gazoo Racing) style center caps for Toyota wheels with a 62 mm diameter, compatible with multiple Toyota models using this size.

🧩 Assembly

The model is made of multiple parts:

• Main body
• GR logo insert
• Additional aesthetic details

👉 All parts must be assembled using cyanoacrylate glue.

🖨️ Materials & Printing

• Main body: printed in ASA (durable and suitable for outdoor use)
• GR logo: printed in PLA (requires AMS for multicolor printing)

💡 Note:
PLA works well visually, but for better outdoor durability, PETG is recommended for the logo.

🧪 Testing & Durability

These center caps have been tested for about 2 months:

• ✔️ No visible deformation
• ✔️ Resistant to car washes
• ✔️ Strong adhesion between parts

Successfully printed using a Bambu Lab A1 Mini.

⚠️ Tips

• Clean all surfaces before gluing
• Use high-quality cyanoacrylate glue
• For long sun exposure, consider PETG or ASA also for the logo
