Milwaukee Packout Modular Side Mount System MPMSMS

This design is for metric bolts and nuts - See my other designs for bolts and nuts in 1/4-20! 

I designed this modular system to mount on the side of the larger Milwaukee Packout units (the ones with aluminum rails), as I felt there was a lot of unused space that could be utilized much more efficiently.

This model includes the main side rail and the mounting brackets used to attach it to the Packout system.

All parts are assembled using M6x25 countersunk bolts and M6 lock nuts.

The system is designed to be flexible, with 20 mm spacing between mounting holes horizontally. You can choose how many rails to stack vertically depending on your needs. Feel free to check out the mounts I’ve already created for inspiration—or design your own attachments to fit this system.

Important:

Be aware that your Packout setup will become significantly wider when this system is installed. With an 8Ah M18 battery mounted, it can extend up to 150 mm further out.

Printing:

It is recommended to print this in strong materials (minimum PETG), with multiple wall layers to ensure sufficient strength and durability.
