If the bolt engages the super safety too soon (the super safety starts to rotate before the hammer catches the disconnector), then go with the "SST -1mm" or the "SST -1.5mm" file.

If the bolt doesn't engage the super safety lever soon enough in it's travel and it fails to reset the trigger, go with the "SST +1mm" or the "SST +1.5mm" file
