Scalpel Case

Scalpel case for a #3 handle. Requires no fasteners. 

Hinge and latch use two 70mm length pieces of 1.75mm filament for the hinge pins. Cut the filament with a slight angle on one end. Feed it through the holes and center it evenly. Use a lighter or torch to heat the ends and flatten. 

This hinge pin design allow for replacement should the pins become loose. 

NOTE: Filament diameter may vary. If holes are too tight, passing a #48-50 or 1.8-1.9mm mm drill bit through them will allow for free fit without being too loose.
