The hinge prints fully assembled, and support is enabled by default, though most printers produce clean results in PLA without needing it.

Size Range

Instructions

The hinge is intentionally tight to give the box a solid, long‑lasting feel. After printing, loosen it by gently rotating the two halves back and forth around the hinge using small, controlled movements until it releases. The hinge tolerance is 0.2 mm, so avoid slicer tolerances or horizontal expansion values larger than this. Accurate dimensional settings ensure the hinge unlocks cleanly and moves as intended.
