The PDF is now uploaded here together with the model files, so you can easily print or save the challenges and check the solution whenever needed.

Due to your requests, I added a print-in-place travel box for the puzzle. There are two versions available: one with a QR code that links to the challenges and solutions, and one without to save filament. The box is very compact and may even fit in your pocket, making it perfect for on-the-go use.

Printable Puzzle Challenge Board

This 3D printable puzzle board is a fun brain teaser for both kids and adults.

The goal is simple:
Place all puzzle pieces into the rectangular board.
Some pieces are already placed at the start of each challenge, and the remaining ones must be fitted into the empty space.

This model includes 48 different puzzle challenges in 5 difficulty levels, so there is plenty of variety and replay value.

How it works

For each challenge, start with the given piece arrangement and try to fit the remaining pieces into the board.

I also included a challenge overview table:

• the starting layout is shown directly
• each challenge also has a solution link that leads to an image of the completed puzzle

This makes it easy to play through all challenges one by one and check the solution only when needed.
