Rugged Crates - Storage with Tags

I wanted to create some rugged storage crates that were ideal for the 0.8 nozzle that was collecting dust in my drawer. Mostly because the 0.8 lays filament down thick and reduces hours of print time enabling me to pump these out at a good rate. These will of course work with other nozzle types, just note the print times listed below are for the 0.8. All crate sizes were printed with the 0.8 in the pictures I have posted with the exception of the labels which were printed with 0.4 nozzle. Crates of the same size will stack nicely, and the printable labels will fit all crate sizes. Please note that if you scale the boxes yourself, the labels will not fit. Instructions of how to edit the label text in Bambu Studio are down below.

 

As always, make sure the print bed is clean and filament is nice and dry for best print quality.

 

Extra Large Crate:

Compatible Printer Models: H Series

Large Crate:

Compatible Printer Models: H/P/X/A Series

Print Time: 5hr 50min

 

Medium Crate:

Compatible Printer Models: H/P/X/A Series

Print Time: 3hr 50min

 

Small Crate:

Compatible Printer Models: H/P/X/A/Mini Series

Dimensions: 148x99x82mm

Print Time: 2hr 12min

 

Crate Labels:

1. Make sure you are on the objects tab

    

2. Click on the 'text_shape' lines to select the line of text you want to edit. The text will highlight when selected.

    

3. Click the ‘Text shape’ icon on the top toolbar, then edit the text, font, size etc.
