The mounting screws for the CORSAIR XENEON EDGE measure (metric) M6 × 10 mm or (imperial) 1/4"-20.

The screws for the mounting bracket itself measure (metric) 3.5 mm × 16 mm or (imperial) #6 × 5/8".

I would recommend mounting the screen to the bracket first, and then mounting the bracket to your shelf, monitor stand, or desk.
