Description

Built this handle for a cargo trailer ramp door after the original one broke.

It mounts with two pan-head screws and has a wide base for strength and load distribution.

Print in PETG or ABS if its going to be out in the sun for better longevity. Profile is PLA

Works great for:

• Enclosed cargo trailers
• Toy haulers
• Utility trailers
• Shop doors or gates
• Drawer Pull

Features:

• Angled ergonomic grip
• Thick, rigid structure
• Wide mounting bases for strength
• Simple 2-bolt or screw install
• Clean low-profile look

Specs:

• Mounting hole diameter: 5mm
• Hole spacing: 8.5” on center

Print Notes:

• No supports needed (depending on orientation)
• Print flat for best strength
• 4-13 walls recommended
• 15% infill (grid or gyroid works well)
