The Print-in-Place ratcheting mechanism has been improved with many more gear teeth for smoother operation and effortless winding. Complex assembly is also not required as the model is designed to be mostly print in place for ease of life. A clean build plate is always recommended for the best results when printing small print in place mechanisms like this.

 

The Toothpaste Squeezer prints in two parts consisting of the main assembly with the ratcheting mechanism, and the removable handle. 

To use the Squeezer simply insert the handle into the main body making sure the slit in the handle and main body align. After that insert your tube through both slits and wind it up. To remove the toothpaste tube from the Squeezer after use just pull out the handle to remove it.  

 

For print settings I do not recommend to use the supports even if the slicer may warn you to do so. They are a waste and it'll print perfectly fine without them.
