Hat Liner Cap Shaper Protector & Sweat Guard

My new one-size-fits-all hat came with a cardstock style liner to keep it's shape in the store. I decided to make a more durable and permanent option.

Included both a solid liner and a hexagon mesh option. The hexagon one takes a bit longer to print but uses less filament and is slightly more flexible. Both are only 0.52mm thick and will form to the hat. If you prefer, you can soak it in warm water to help make a perfect form fit. It's thin enough to trim with scissors as necessary but should fit most hats as is.

 

An added benefit, this will protect the hat from discoloration over time acting as a sweat guard.
