This model is designed as a decorative outer shell that fits around this separate fruit fly trap model. 

To complete the project, you need to print both the dragon and the trap body. Once assembled, the dragon turns an ordinary fruit fly trap into a playful kitchen decoration that still does its job.

Instead of hiding your trap, this design makes it part of the room. The dragon has a cute, sleepy expression, a wide-open mouth, and a slightly chubby body — probably because it simply loves eating fruit flies. In fact, you could say it has been snacking a little too well. That round belly is not an accident... it is the proud shape of a dragon living its best fruit-fly-hunting life.

How it works
The dragon is not a standalone trap by itself. It is made to be used together with my other fruit fly trap model, which fits inside this decorative piece.
You print:

• the dragon cover
• the fruit fly trap model

Assembly is simple - just place the dragon over the fruit fly trap. you can choose to leave off the lid from the fruit fly trap container, giving the fruit flies a direct path from the dragon’s open mouth to certain doom. the result is a practical trap with a unique fantasy-inspired look.
