Description:

 

Our 3D Letter Frame is perfect for adding a personal touch to any space. You can easily display it on a stand or hang it on the wall using sticky tack or double-sided tape dots. Personalize it with a name, and get creative with various magnetic accessories (check the download section).

Brighten someone's day with this unique and customizable 3D Letter Frame!

 

 

The designed 3D letter (with or without the photo frame) feet allow it to stand independently at a 15-degree incline, providing a stable and optimal viewing angle. Alternatively, it can be mounted to a wall using adhesive dots, double-sided tape, or other preferred methods.

 

You have two options for photo installation: with or without acrylic glass. If you don’t have opportunity to get acrylic glass, a spacer is provided to hold the photo securely in the frame. 

 

 

Dimensions (note that the width and height slightly varies depending on the letter shape):

• Depth/thickness: 18mm (~ 0.7 inches)

 

 

Photo size 2x3”:

The 3D Letter Photo Frame is designed for 2x3” (5x7.6cm) photos. However, with the included photo marking template, it is very easy and quick to make any photo fit this photo frame.

3D Printing Guide

Printing the 3D letter in two contrasting colors emphasizes its form and creates a bold appearance. For the best results, select a dark shade for the base color and any custom text, then, In your slicer, use the layer height “paint” tool to apply a 0.8–1.0mm layer of your accent color to the front face. This technique highlights the design details and ensures a professional finish.

Our tests show that grey serves as a versatile foundation, pairing well with almost any secondary color.

 

 

PRINT SETTINGS:

• Layer height: 0.2
• Wall generator: Arachne
• Only one wall on the first layer: yes
• Wall loops: 2
• Bottom layers: 4
• Top Layers: 5
• Sparse infill: 10%, Gyroid
• Supports: no
• For the best bottom layer result (front face of the 3D Letter), slow down the initial layer speed to 30mm/s and the initial layer infill speed to 30mm/s
• Make sure the print surface is clean and ready for perfect first layer. 

 

REQUIRED HARDWARE:

For 3D Letter with photo frame:

• 6x3mm Rare earth magnet - 12x
• 6x10mm Rare earth magnet - 1x (Optional. Needed only when using Magnetic Accessories.) 
• 79x50x2mm glass - 3x (Optional. 3D Letter Frame is designed to have a glass over the photo, but it also can be used without the glass. In this download, there is a spacer included so that it can be used without the glass).
