Print Guidelines
For the best balance of durability and protection, I recommend the following setup:
- Main Shell Material: PETG or ABS/ASA (Recommended for impact resistance and heat durability in outdoor kits).
- Internal Liner (Optional but Recommended): Use TPU for the inner battery/SD slots to provide true "shockproof" cushioning.
- Wall Loops: 3 - 4 walls for a rigid, tough exterior.
- Infill: 20% (Gyroid) for structural integrity.
- Supports: Depending on the latch design, minimal supports may be needed. Check your slicer preview.
