Classic Kids Foam Airplane

I designed this 3D printed take on the classic foam glider airplane we all remember. This model is directly inspired by that simple, nostalgic design, but optimized for reliable PLA printing and with thinner panels to compensate for the weight of PLA/PETG.

It features a lightweight, snap-fit assembly with no glue required, so you can have it printed and flying in no time. The parts are designed to use minimal filament while still being durable enough for repeated flights.

Quick to print, easy to assemble, and fun to fly — just snap it together and toss it.
