Dark Vader Fan Grill for PC with various sizes

This is a custom-designed PC fan grill inspired by a dark sci-fi mask aesthetic. It is intended to replace standard fan covers and add a more unique, aggressive visual style to a PC build while maintaining proper airflow.

The design features a central mask-style structure with geometric cutouts that allow air to pass through efficiently. When used with RGB lighting, the internal openings can create a subtle glowing effect depending on the lighting setup inside the case.

This model is available in three standard PC fan sizes: 92mm, 120mm, and 140mm. Each version is scaled appropriately to match standard fan dimensions and mounting hole spacing for compatibility with most PC cases and fans.

The structure is designed to balance visual detail with functionality. The frame is reinforced for mounting strength, while the internal cutouts are shaped to minimize airflow restriction. The geometry is optimized for 3D printing without requiring complex supports.

It is suitable for gaming PCs, custom builds, and themed setups where a more stylized look is preferred over standard fan grills.

For best results, print in PLA for detail accuracy or PETG for improved heat resistance and durability in long-term use.

Recommended print settings: 0.2mm layer height, 3–4 wall loops, 15–20% infill, and a brim for bed adhesion.
