C-clamp with steel hex bolt and nut

2" / 50mm C-clamp 

I designed this C-clamp to be assembled using a steel bolt and nut, improving its strength and durability. 

Choose the print plate according to the bolt you plan to use (M6 or 1/4").

Hardware

• x1  M6 or ¼ bolt and nut (Use the bolt length you need. To cover the full span, a 3" (75 mm) bolt is required)

Assembly follows the order shown in the image.

Note: To insert the bolt into the locking knob and then attach the cap, apply a bit of pressure so everything fits securely into place.
