The buttons is hold together in cover with 3.1x1.6mm O-ring. This does not include.
If you have problems with getting O-rings in right size, theese can be made with TPU.
Can help with design of 3D printable O-ring.

3D printing settings

3D print settings.
- Layer hight 0.16 - 2.0
- Material PLA, PETG or ASA/ABS.
- Supports: Tree support required.
- angle: print with 45° angle on covers
- innfill: 25% +, recommend 100%
- Brim: ON
this is what i have had best results with.
The buttons is designed with minimal clearance, if the printer is not fine tuned it can have some resistance. If this is a problem give me a message and i will adjust file. the lock clip is under alot tension, had some brake with some brands of PLA. If this happends, let me now and i will try to adjust it, it has worket fine after testing this for months in everyday use.
