Low-Profile Olympic Barbell Clamp (TPU Grip)

A compact, low-profile Olympic barbell clamp designed to provide secure locking while minimizing interference with weight plates. This collar uses a multi-part mechanism with flexible TPU spacers to achieve strong grip and consistent performance during use.

The design prioritizes durability, ease of printing, and structural strength under repeated load.

Materials

Hardware Required

• 4 × M4 nuts
• 4 × M4x25 screws

Printing Notes

• Parts can be printed with little to no supports
• Pins are oriented horizontally to improve strength during operation
• Designed with tight tolerances for a secure fit

It is strongly recommended to bond the Lever Pins to the Base components using super glue. While the parts may friction-fit initially, they can loosen over time and affect clamping performance.

Designed for standard Olympic barbells (50 mm diameter). Fit may vary on non-standard bars.
