10" bottle collar/adapter for Eufymake rotary tool

This is a narrow neck bottle adapter for use with the Eufymake E1 rotary tool for a bottle with the measurements in the image.  Printing can be in draft with low infill, it should be quite loose tolerances, so might need to be taped on to the bottle to prevent slipping on the rotary tool
