This organizer combines the Nemesis base game and Aftermath expansion. Additionally, it is designed to fit the acrylic corpse & Intruder tokens, as well as additional space for the Medic Class Miniature + Action Cards. There shouldn't be any problems with using the base cardboard tokens, just some extra space. If it's a big enough problem, I might add a seperate model for the non-acrylic tokens.
Probably doesn't support card sleeves, especially on the smaller Item cards. You do have extra room to just expand the small card organizer, but no promises.

Changes made to PeterPain's models:
- Adjusted the heights of a handful of the models to better fit with the form-fitting models from blackadder.
- Added another divider on the large card holder to split the Core Nemesis Character Action Cards.
- Removed a cutout from the card holders to better support upper layers from sagging.
Changes made to blackadder94's models:
- Remade organizer for the engine and escape pod holder to be big enough to hold the scanner.
- Narrowed the large oval token holder to better fit with the enlarged engine/escapepod/scanner holder.
- Adjusted the heights of the different intruder token holders so they were more level, as well as increase the height of the overall model.
- Made a new holder for the larvae, reused the old larvae holder to hold the dice.
- Completely remade the turret holder to also hold the turret status tokens.
- Remade the alien corpse holder to hold all other tokens, splitting the eggs and everything else.
- Remade the exploration token holder, now splitting the base game tokens from aftermath (Note, the turret exploration tokens are set to go with the Core game tokens.)
Other things that could still use some work, but I'm otherwise currently satisfied with:
- The creeper and the turret holder both sag into the action cards, might want to adjust the large card holder to have narrower cut outs so the two organizers have somewhere to sit.
- There is some deadspace at the bottom where the hourglass and bag go, could either widen that tray, or potentially lengthen the small card holder to try and support sleeves, but I don't own any sleeves *shrug*.
- I'm not in love with the model holders from blackadder94, but it is a significantly more difficult project that I don't feel like getting into.
