AeroFold Stand (including STEP file)

Stand for my AeroFold VTOL airplane design!

Allows full folding/unfolding actuation unimpeded. Example:

Designed specifically for 

• 250mm x 13mm square aluminum tube
• Optional t-slot 2020 aluminum extrusion as well.

Remixing! CAD STEP File for alternative mounting

Attached is a clean version, holder.step, where I've removed all extrusion cuts. Ready for modification for alternative fittings.

Printing

Specially set-up in the 3mf with:

• Low infill: 6% cubic
• 12% infill height modifiers for the top + bottom 4mm
  • Gives plenty strength with efficient filament use & print times
• Otherwise default settiings. I used 2 walls.
