Print in TPU

Designed specifically to be printed in flexible TPU filament.

Printed without supports. This means some bridges will droop and need a bit of cleanup. This is expected and easier than using supports with TPU

Requirements:

• TPU Flexible Filament
• ~23mm handlebar diameter. May work fine with other bar sizes, leave a comment!
• Removing and reinstalling your bar tape

Installation

• Print the print profile in TPU
• Remove bar tape
• Add to your handlebars. Hold in place with
  • Kapton tape: recommended. Any other alternatives will leave residue when removed.
  • Optional: VHB foam tape. Also generically known as Acrylic foam mounting tape.
• Carefully re-wrap your bars.
• Go ride!

Remixing

I've included a STEP file for modifications. I'm also happy to try and adapt for alternative bar sizes/geometry changes. Leave a comment with some suggestions!
