Hello everyone,
this is a collection of adapters and mounting components for the Parkside PPWD 30 B2 (should also be compatible with the A1 version).

The goal of this project is to mount a removable pre-separator directly on top of the vacuum cleaner. The setup is based on a Starmix Dustfixx pre-separator, which appears to be identical to units from Flex, Metabo and Eibenstock.

The pre-separator comes with a hose used to connect the vacuum to the cyclone. The original Parkside hose is still used on the cyclone side.

The assembly is mounted on a wooden board using retaining clips. Adapter mounts for the Parkside systainer interface are attached to the underside of the board, allowing the entire unit to be quickly installed and removed without tools.

The parts were printed in PETG to achieve a good balance of strength, impact resistance, and temperature stability.

Hallo zusammen,
hier eine Sammlung von Adaptern und Halterungen für den Parkside PPWD 30 B2 (sollte auch mit der A1-Variante kompatibel sein).

Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, einen Vorabscheider abnehmbar direkt auf dem Staubsauger zu montieren. Verwendet wird ein Vorabscheider vom Typ Starmix Dustfixx Vorabscheider, der baugleich mit Modellen von Flex Elektrowerkzeuge, Metabo und Eibenstock zu sein scheint.

Der Vorabscheider wird mit einem Schlauch geliefert, der zur Verbindung zwischen Staubsauger und Zyklon verwendet wird. Der originale Parkside-Schlauch wird weiterhin auf der Zyklon-Seite eingesetzt.

Die Montage erfolgt auf einer Holzplatte mittels Halteklammern. An der Unterseite der Platte sind Adapter für die Parkside-Systainer-Aufnahme befestigt. Dadurch lässt sich die gesamte Einheit schnell und werkzeuglos aufsetzen und wieder entfernen.

Gedruckt wurde das Projekt in PETG, um eine gute Kombination aus Stabilität, Schlagzähigkeit und Temperaturbeständigkeit zu erreichen.
