2-in-1 Twist-Lock MasterSpool & Yarn Swift

This is a fully adjustable 2-in-1 solution designed to handle any loose coil of material, from stiff 3D printer filament to soft yarn and paracord.

🔥 Two Modes of Operation:

Mode 1: The Ultimate Adjustable MasterSpool (For 3D Printing Refills)
Loose filament coils act like springs and tangle instantly. By connecting two cross-arms with the long connecting pins, you create a universal MasterSpool for your filament refills.

• Fully Adjustable: Move the pins to match the exact inner diameter of your loose filament coil.
• Secure Clamping: The double-cross design securely holds the sides of the coil, preventing the filament from jumping off and causing a print-ruining knot.

Mode 2: Yarn Swift / Cord Unspooler (For Home & Crafting)
Using a single cross-arm on the A-frame stand with the short peg caps creates a smooth-spinning unspooler.

• Perfect for unwinding hanks of yarn, paracord, wire, or string.
• Say goodbye to massive tangled knots! Easily tension the loop and transfer your material to smaller spools or cardboard bobbins.

💡 Engineering Features:

• Quick-Release Twist-Lock: The pegs feature a specially designed profile (a circle with three flat chamfers). Simply insert the peg into the desired hole and give it a slight twist to securely lock it in place. Twist it back for easy disassembly. No screws or nuts required!
• Built-in Bearing: The central hub features an integrated bearing mechanism for incredibly smooth, low-friction rotation, ensuring your extruder never struggles to pull the filament.
   

🖨️ Print Profile / Build Plate Guide
I have organized the print profiles to make it as easy as possible. Choose your desired mode and follow the printing quantities below:

Mode 1: The Adjustable MasterSpool (For 3D Filament)
To build a complete MasterSpool, you need 2 cross-arms and 4 connecting pins. Each plate contains exactly HALF of a complete set.

• Plate 01 (MasterSpool 120): Standard size. Contains 1x Cross-arm, 2x long pins, 2x nuts.
  👉 Print this plate 2 TIMES to get a full MasterSpool set.

• Plate 02 (MasterSpool 160): Extended size for larger coils. Contains 1x large Cross-arm, 2x long pins, 2x nuts.
  👉 Print this plate 2 TIMES to get a full MasterSpool set.

   

Mode 2: Yarn Swift / Cord Unspooler

• Plate 03 (Cord Unspooler): This plate contains a complete set for the unspooler. It includes 1x Cross-arm and 4x short pegs with large retaining caps.
  👉 Print this plate 1 TIME.
