Description
Chain Lynks Nano delivers the same dual‑orientation motion as the full‑size version — Loop Mode for creating a continuous ring or flexible chain, and Stack Mode for free‑pivoting, snake‑toy‑style motion — but in a 40% smaller footprint. Despite its size, Nano keeps the redesigned controlled‑rotation pins that stay flush while providing a crisp, tactile click‑resistance feel.
Each Nano build includes 8 Lynks (4 + 4 in color profiles), and every profile includes an extra Lynks plate so you can expand, mix colors, or build custom patterns.
AMS profiles include 2 extra Nano Lynks + pins, while non‑AMS profile include 1 extra Nano Lynk + pins, intended to be printed twice for two‑color builds.
I’m considering creating a dedicated “extra Nano Lynks only” profile — would that be helpful?
Also available in a full‑size version: Chain Lynks.
“Snap each Lynk together firmly — the controlled rotation and click‑resistance are intentional for long‑term strength and satisfying motion at a Nano scale.”
Note: The model is designed to be tight and snug at first for durability and precision. Over time, it loosens up naturally with use. If your pen doesn’t seat immediately, try rotating it 90° and try again — it’s reversible and designed for a perfect fit either way.
Nano was engineered to preserve the full motion range of the original Chain Lynks while reducing size by 40%. The pin geometry was tuned to maintain the same tactile click‑resistance and controlled rotation, even at smaller tolerances.
AMS‑Friendly Profile

Single‑Color Profile
Simple, fast single‑color print tuned for reliable tolerances. Includes 2 extra Nano Lynks + pins. Printed in Matte PLA; scaling is not recommended.
If you prefer a larger, more substantial version of this fidget, check out Chain Lynks, which offers the same motion in a full‑size format.
