Cooker & Hob Replacement Knob + Ignition Button

 

This is a replacement knob designed for the front or top of your cooker hob/stove, along with a matching ignition push button.

⚠️ Please Read Before Printing

There are two main knob orientations, so Please make sure you choose the correct version:

• Top-mounted hob knob → dial faces RIGHT
• Front-mounted cooker knob → dial faces UP

Depending on your cooker model, the shaft the knob fits onto may stick out more on some appliances (sometimes around 6 mm). These knobs are designed to fit securely either way, but in some cases you may want to add a small amount of glue for a tighter hold.

Test Fit (Recommended First Step)

A test square is included to check compatibility before printing the full knob.

• Internal “D” : 6 mm × 4 mm

Steps:

1. Print the test square first
2. Push it onto your cooker’s fitting
3. If it fits → you’re good to go, print your knobs
4. If it doesn’t fit → scale the test square in your slicer and reprint

Once you find the correct scale:

• Apply the same percentage scaling to the knob

Example:
If you scale the test square by +1%, scale the knob by +1% as well.

This step helps avoid wasting filament and time.

Profile 1 – HOB - STOVE - TOP - Standard Size

• Size: 40 × 40 × 24 mm
• Plate 1: Knob (dial faces right, 2-colour print )
• Plate 2: Test D square

Profile 2 - HOB - STOVE - TOP – Larger / Chunkier Version

• Size: 48 × 48 × 33 mm
• Plate 1: Knob (dial faces right, 2-colour print )
• Plate 2: Test D square

Profile 3 – Ignition Push Button 

• Size: 12 × 12 × 12 mm
• Fits: 5 mm shaft
• Added: 29/04/2026

Profile 4 – Front Cooker Version

• Size: 40 × 40 × 24 mm
• Plate 1: Knob (dial faces up, 2 - colour print) 
• Plate 2: Test D square

Bigger and better ignitor button print with no supports 

 

size 22mm x22mm x14mm

This model has a inside curved recess for easy printing with no supports needed and it is big enough that it covers the nut so it looks better.  Image shows bigger button and smaller button for size difference
