Since the original camera is a total disaster, I built a ball mount for the affordable Tapo C100/C110 camera.
 

This way, you don’t have to remove anything like you do with the mods for the original camera. Instead, you can simply attach the Tapo camera to it and get a perfect image.

Another huge advantage of this camera is that you can integrate it into Home Assistant and other smart home systems via RTSP stream.

Only a small amount of tree support is used for the ball mount; otherwise, everything can be easily printed on the front side.
