Description

This is the Quick-Reload Tactical Two Can Koozie - the big brother of my previous Quick-Reload Tactical Tall Boy Koozie and the new Quick-Reload Tactical Slim Can Koozie.

Fits two standard 12oz cans. More picatinny rails than you have any sane purpose for to attach tactical accessory addons such as red dot sights, flashlights, or even a small drone. Just assemble and slam! Empty? Slam again and send the top can flying.

For superglue installation, each mounting location has a 1mm pocket, and each correlating attachment has a positive pad. I recommend adding superglue in a thin layer over the entire flat area of the pocket, then applying accelerant to the attachment side, positioning them together and applying pressure for 10 seconds. Decorative glue-in screw inserts are provided in a separate build plate.

For hardware installation, see the hardware list below. For the heat press inserts, unless you are using a press, I recommend setting your soldering iron temperature to 20°C above your nozzle temperature then applying light pressure until the insert is just beneath the surface. Use of a flat metal object to assist is a plus. If using an insert less than 6mm in diameter you may have issues with the provided holes. Nominal hole diameter is 5.4mm.

  • 10 M4x6x6 Heat Press Inserts (I use https://a.co/d/01VjshDU)
  • 8 M4x8 Flat Head Screws (head no more than 9.5mm diameter and 2.0mm tall) for the rails (I use https://a.co/d/0hQCFTtP)
  • 2 M4x12 Flat Head Screws (head no more than 9.5mm diameter and 2.0mm tall) for the handle (I use https://a.co/d/05jmwCFV)

Boost MeEvery boost motivates me to innovate and make this even more impossibly fun for everyone!

6/26/2026 Update:

  • Added a print profile including modified top and bottom retainers for Coors Light Cans (63mm diameter). Shoutout to @swisherjj for the assist and the first print!

6/16/2026 & 6/17/2026 Update:

  • Added a set of build plates that have an entire koozie system on a single build plate - no fasteners or glue required. The picatinny rails have 45 degree chamfers on the bottom side which may occlude some rail mount systems and the bottom of the handle has to print elevated on supports, but the final product is almost as good as the original.
  • Both single part and three part single plate options are available on those new plates. I still like having the top and bottom be separate pieces, but the option to fire and forget is there for those of you that need it!

6/14/2026 Update:

  • Added the multi-color ‘Merica Edition print profile just in time for America's birthday.
  • Uncle Sam wants you to print a new koozie to show your patriotism by the barbecue on the 4th of July!

5/18/2026 Update:

  • Added the 'Merica Edition Main Body print profile with 9 unique symbols emblazoned on the front.

v2 5/10/2026 Update:

  • Each part has been reworked with feedback from the community and more prints than I can count.
  • Miscellaneous changes: Revisions to angled surfaces and chamfers to reduce print flaws and print time, changes to retention tangs to improve quality, and improved mating surfaces between main body, top, and bottom.
  • I've also added a 1mm pocket/insert to the main body, each rail, and the handle to allow for a superglue option. Just spread a thin layer superglue across the whole flat of the pocket, then apply accelerant to the mating raised surface and press together for 10 seconds. It creates a very strong bond in test parts. I've also included glue-in screw caps to complete the look.

Update 5/2/2026:

  • Added the single can blank if you want to use the two can koozie with a single can. Ribbed for your pleasure. Also Added a jig to assist in pressing in the inserts and with overall assembly. See profiles.
