🎮 Come si gioca

1. Due giocatori si posizionano uno di fronte all’altro.
2. Ognuno tiene due maniglie, una per mano.
3. Si parte con le braccia chiuse e lo shuttle al centro.
4. A turno, un giocatore apre rapidamente le braccia → lo shuttle viene lanciato verso l’altro.
5. L’altro giocatore fa lo stesso movimento per rimandarlo indietro.
6. Si continua così creando un ritmo sempre più veloce e divertente!

🎮 How to Play

1. Two players stand facing each other.

2. Each player holds two handles, one in each hand.
3. Start with closed arms and the shuttle in the center.
4. In turns, one player quickly opens their arms → the shuttle is thrown toward the other.
5. The other player does the same movement to send it back.
6. Continue like this, creating an increasingly faster and more fun rhythm!
