What’s new in Version 2.0

This is a functional upgrade, not just a revision:

Redesigned supports → still required, but now extremely easy to remove, minimizing post-processing effort

Improved retention shoulder → more secure card hold without affecting insertion/removal smoothness

Enhanced structural reliability → better performance under repeated use

 

Supports are intentionally designed to balance print quality and effortless removal.

Printing recommendations

Orientation: flat, front side facing upward

Layer height: 0.16–0.2 mm (optimal detail/time balance)

Infill: 20% is sufficient

Material: PLA or PETG (avoid brittle materials for daily use)

Supports: required, optimized for easy removal

Note on Version 1 [V.1]

The original version performed well functionally, but support removal was suboptimal.
