Capy´s Boba Treat - Piggybank

My daughter asked me for a piggybank and she really loves Capybaras and bubbletea. So I knew what to do ^^ Perfect gift for her birthday!

This adorable Capybara is holding a delicious boba treat, but it’s more than just a decoration—it’s a fully functional, highly customizable modular coin bank. It prints clean, looks amazing, and features a unique removable cup system and a weighted base. No glue, just satisfying engineering!

The best part? This isn't one static model. I designed this as a completely modular assembly system. All parts push-fit together perfectly, allowing you to easily swap colors or access your savings.

The Functional Modular Components:

This print consists of five separate components:

1. The Hollow Capybara Body (With Weighted Functionality): This chunky fellow sits happily on your desk. The body is designed to be printed hollow to save material, but it features an opening at the bottom. Fill it with sand, lead shot, or small stones for satisfying stability, then seal it up!
2. The Capybara Base Plug: A separate, precision snap-fit plug is included to securely close the bottom of the Capybara body after you’ve weighted it. It prints separately and snaps flush.
3. The Removable Boba Cup: The main body of the coin bank. While it pushes securely into the Capybara’s arms, I specifically designed the tolerances so you can easily remove the cup entirely by pulling it out when you are ready to access your collected coins. No need to shake the whole animal!
4. The Boba Lid with Coin Slot: This part locks the savings in. It fits snugly onto the cup, and the built-in slot makes saving your Euro change (or any coin) satisfying.
5. The "CAPY'S BOBA TREAT" Badge: This prints as a separate piece and snaps right onto the front of the cup. It uses the same blue as the cup but prints its own details for a fantastic color-separation effect.

I’ve tuned the tolerances across all parts to ensure a satisfying, firm push-fit that is secure yet removable. It’s a clean, easy print that results in a piece of Functional MakerArt.
