Flow Hook - Modular Hook Design

Description

Flow Hook is a modular wall hook system for the clothes that are too clean for the laundry, but not clean enough for the closet.

Instead of letting them pile up on a chair, the floor, or wherever they usually end up, Flow Hook gives them a dedicated place. Functional, flexible, and visually clean.

Inspired by Bauhaus, geometric shapes, and modern abstract art, the system turns everyday organization into something more visual and personal.

The system is modular, so you can create your own layout depending on your space, your habits, and your style. Some people may build something minimal and practical, others may turn it into a wall piece. What looks good, what feels balanced, and what becomes art is up to you.

Want do build your own Flow Hook?

1. Create Your design

   Open the Flow Hook Designer and build your own layout: Flow Hook Designer

   You can freely combine hook parts, connector parts, and end parts. The designer will generate a parts list for your exact design.

2. Chose your wall mount option

   Before Printing, deside how you want to mount the system to the wall.

   Available wall mount options:

   Screw Mount

   - Wall Mount with Countersunk Screw 

              

   - Wall Mount with Round Head Screw

              

    

   Tape Mount

   - Double-Sided Tape 

             

   Recomended Tape: Double-Sided Tape
   
   The designer will include the correct wall mount parts in the parts list depending on your selection

3. check your parts list

   After finishing your design, copy the generated parts list from the designer.

4. Print the parts

   Print The right ammount of copys you need as shown here:

    

   Print the reqired parts using the matching print profiles.

   Recomended structure:

   - Hook Parts → print profile: Hook Parts

   - Connector Parts → print profile: Connector Parts

   - End Parts → print profile: End Parts

   - Wall Mounts → print profile: Wall Mounts

   - Connection Pieces → print profile: Connection Pieces

    

   Attention: Hooks are printed on the Hook print profile and are not included in the designer. Choose your hook design

   - Hooks:

      Round (visual better, long one up to 5kg static weight):

           

      Flat printed (stronger but with hole):

           

      Flat printed with hole cover (stronger + visual better)

           

5. Assemble Your design

   Lay out all printed parts according to your design.

    

   Use the connection pieces to join the modules:
   - Use Full Connection Pieces between two connected parts.
   - Use Half Connection Pieces on open ends.
    

   Make sure all pieces sit flush before mounting.

6. Mount it to the wall

   Choose The mounting method:

    

   6.1 Screw Mounting

         - Insert wall mount

         

    

      - Put design up to wall and mark holes

      → Then you can drill

      → After that you insert the wall dowels

      → Then screw the wall mount on the wall.

    

   6.2 Double-Sided tape mounting

         - put double sided tape on the back side of the wall mount

           

    

         - Then insert the wall mount in the design

           

    

         Then mount the whole thing on the wall.

             

Notes:

Flow Hook is intended for everyday clothing and light household items. For heavier loads screw mounting is recomended.

Because the system is modular, you can always expand, rebuild, or redesign it later. Your Wall, your layout, your flow.
