Reusable PLA Zip Tie - Click Lock

Zip Tie

My previous zip tie model was quite popular for being PLA-compatible, so I kept that concept but redesigned it from scratch.

This version has a locking capability, with a MUCH more secure mount and segment design. I'm genuinely surprised by the strength! It's more than enough for cable routing, and you can re-use it! 

The re-usability is actually pretty cool IMO, since it's both convenient and eco-friendly!

I printed with Bambu PLA. I haven't tested PETG, but if you do, I'd really appreciate a comment to know how it goes! :D

The locking aspect might need a bit of force to get it in, pressing from both sides. If it doesn't stay together, try pressing harder to get the nice click into place. :)

This print only takes about ~12 minutes!
