The Universal Dual Monitor Alignment Clip was designed for makers and gamers who are tired of their monitors constantly shifting out of place. While most monitor arms struggle to keep screens perfectly flush, this mechanical link provides a rock-solid connection. Featuring a dual-screw adjustment system, it allows you to fine-tune the angle and depth between your displays for a true "zero-gap" experience.

🛠️ Compatibility & Requirements

• Hardware: Everything is 3D printable. You only need Double-Sided Adhesive Tape (e.g., 3M VHB) to attach the mounts to your monitors.
• Components:
  • 2x Screw Mounts: The threaded base that sticks to your monitor.
  • 1x Hinge Connector: The bridge that links the two mounts.
  • 2x Locking Nuts: The knobs that secure the entire assembly.

💡 Usage Tips

• Pro Tip: For the best results, print the Locking Nuts and Screw Mounts with at least 3-4 walls. This ensures the threads are strong enough to handle repeated tightening. Using PETG is recommended for long-term durability, though PLA+ works great for most setups.
• Installation:
  1. Assemble the entire kit on your desk. Slide the Hinge Connector onto both Screw Mounts and loosely secure them with the Locking Nuts.
  2. Apply high-quality double-sided tape (like 3M VHB) to the flat back-surface of both Screw Mounts.
  3. Clean the back of your monitors with alcohol.
  4. Hold your monitors in the desired position. While the kit is fully assembled, press it firmly against the back of both monitors simultaneously. This ensures the mounts are perfectly spaced.
  5. Adjust your monitors to the perfect position and secure them by tightening the Locking Nuts.
• Note: Do not overtighten! The mechanical advantage of the large knobs is more than enough to hold the monitors in place with a firm finger-tight turn.
