Ring for birds legs, pigeon,cables,bracelet CUSTOM

It all started with a pigeon fancier friend. He asked me and compensated me well enough to make many sizes and different heights of this kind of ring (personalized writings, 1000 all together), with the smallest hinge possible for 3d print that works with small clearances, and the best snap latch possible. 

I couldn't find online a generator for this on any known websites , only few fixed rings that were loose fit in the latch area, impossible to edit in CAD, so…i lost one full weekend doing this generator possible , and printing tens of samples. 

In the end i decided to spare you for all the hassle regarding clearances, and offer you a print profile with few clearances that worked best for all my Petg that i tried (read details there). Yes, don't even think about printing theese in PLA to be used outdoor, unless you make bracelets from them or cable clips, or… whatever use case you find. It would be nice to share some pictures with what other uses you find for theese rings, there are more, i'm sure…

• First i suggest you print my test print profile with different clearances ( written near hinge and near latch for each individual piece). You can edit text to name your petg, or simply use numbers to diferentiate them for different filament brands, so you always know which is which.
• Then, when you customize any new STL file, you know what clearances works best for your exact filament and printer.
• Use my test print profile SETTINGS after you generate new STL's if you want not to loose all day tweeking because you probably need tens, maybe 100 pieces, or maybe you are a tik tok seller that “steal” this model and prints thousands for customers. If that's the case, i gladly accept a coffee from you :) 
• Will be slow to print in bulk if you want them to function properly. Those print settings worked fine for all my Petg brands i used. Only the parts clearances needed changes. From all i have, the Bambu PETG HF remains the king. It simply prints flawlessly every time, and requires only 0.15 clearances everywhere. For other basic Petg i tested (Bambu and Snlu), the clearances needed to be higher. Much higher, like even 0.25.
