- Easy Support Removal (V2.0 Update): I have optimized the internal geometry and support settings. Supports now snap off cleanly in seconds, preventing damage to the threads.
Recommended Print Settings (Optimized):
- Layer Height: 0.2 mm (Optimized for better thread durability and faster, more reliable printing).
- Wall Loops: 4 (Necessary to ensure total waterproofness).
- Supports: Enabled. Important: Please use my updated profile. If slicing manually, set Top Z-Distance to 0.24 mm and XY-Distance to 0.6 mm for a stress-free experience.
- Material: PETG is highly recommended for better moisture and heat resistance.
- Infill: 8 % (Gyroid pattern recommended).
Maintenance Tip:
- Clean & Safe: For long-term food safety, consider coating the interior with a food-safe epoxy resin.
- Threads: Before first use, I recommend treating the thread with a tiny amount of edible oil for smoother closing.
- Support Tip: When removing supports from the threads, start from the bottom edge of the support structure. With the updated settings, they should come off in one piece in a matter of seconds.
