Description
***EDIT***
I found the flow rate was too fast for my liking on the original model. I reduced the flow rate, slightly increased the size of the PTFE tube inlet, and beefed up the mount. I found the cap to thread on too smooth. I uploaded a cap with less thread compensation to allow for a snugger fit. I left the seams as aligned which keeps the cap from threading loose. The mount has a built-in shim to keep the mount off the chain guard. I originally liked the original cap with the built-in needle valve to act as an on off switch. However, I never used this feature in practice and opted to remove the needle valve. I have riden ~2000 miles in the Texas heat with the current design and it still works great!
Chain Oiler for a suzuki vstrom dl650. Simply fill with gear oil, tighten the cap and begin riding! Tested with 80w-90 gear oil. I used leftover ptfe tubing as a hose. There is a piece of foam mounting tap underneath the “Hose Holder”. End of tubing should be making slight contact with the sprocket. I ride 400 miles per week and grew tired of putting my bike on the center stand to oil the chain. Now I simply fill with oil and ride! Printed with ABS.
