Description
The safe is designed as a stylized wall-mounted first aid box. The housing is two-colored – white with black accents (e.g., frame, handle, hinges). On the front flap there is a distinctive green cross, exactly like the symbol found on first aid kits. The cross is durable (powder coating or plastic insert).
The safe is designed to accommodate a popular, low-cost RFID/NFC card lock (available on Chinese platforms such as AliExpress, Temu, etc.). The design includes factory mounting points and a cable feed-through for the reader (in case the lock requires battery or external power). When closed, the lock remains invisible from the outside – only the reader plate or card slot is visible.
For assembly, I recommend using a metal rod with a length of 25 mm and a diameter of 4 mm, which serves as the hinge connecting the front flap to the main body of the safe. However, a 3D-printable version of such a rod is also included in the model – this gives you a choice: you can use a stronger metal rod or, if needed, the printed version (though the printed one will be mechanically less durable).
