Men's Faceted TPU Wedding Band

Overview Looking for a durable, comfortable, and safe alternative to a traditional metal wedding band? This faceted TPU ring is designed for active lifestyles, mechanics, athletes, and anyone who works heavily with their hands.

The modern, geometric design catches the light nicely while maintaining a low profile. Printed in flexible TPU, it mimics the feel of popular silicone rings, offering flexibility and safety (helping to prevent ring avulsion) without sacrificing style.

  • Support-Free: Designed to print perfectly flat on the build plate with zero supports required.

Recommended Print Settings Printing with flexible filament requires a little extra care. Here are the recommended settings for the best results in Bambu Studio / OrcaSlicer:

  • Material: TPU (95A is highly recommended for a great balance of flexibility and ease of printing).
  • Layer Height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm (Lower layer heights yield much cleaner facets and a smoother feel).
  • Wall Loops: 3 to 4 (For structural integrity).
  • Infill: 100% (Given the thin walls of the ring, 100% ensures maximum durability).
  • Seam Position: Aligned (Tip: Try to align the seam exactly on one of the facet edges to hide it!).
  • Speed: Keep TPU speeds slow and ensure your max volumetric speed for the filament profile is dialed in (usually around 3.0 - 5.0 mm³/s).
  • Filament Prep: Ensure your TPU is completely dry before printing to avoid stringing and rough surface textures.

Sizing Guide The default model has an inner diameter of 20mm (approximately a US Size 10).

To adjust this to your exact ring size directly in your slicer:

  1. Find the inner diameter (in millimeters) of a ring that currently fits you well.
  2. Select the model and open the Scale tool.
  3. Ensure Uniform Scale is checked.
  4. Calculate your required scale percentage: (Your Desired Diameter / 20) * 100 = Scale %
  5. Enter that percentage into the scale box, slice, and print!
